Minimal width pedestrian crossing across dual carriageway retail park access, without pedestrian/cycle signals.

Although the crossings at this junction are toucans, the shared-use footways just stop, without notice.

Another big junction, with huge kerbs, and the shared-use footways to the south seem to end without any notice. But it is a crucial point for crossing the railway (without dismounting to use the stairs on the footbridge at the station).

Across the far side of this junction there is a 'Recommended Route for Cyclists' sign!

The crossing across Hill Lane from Southampton Common into Bellemoor Road is incorporated in the traffic signals at the junction.

From here, cyclists can choose to turn right onto Central Bridge, or cross the road and head straight on towards Marsh Lane.
